Else’s - I love that place…to think, I used to go so often when I moved to Montreal that I had achieved the all mighty “Regular” status. Then, it starting getting infested with more and more hipsters…which I didn’t mind, because in reality, hipster girls are mostly cute and often wear tights, which I don’t really need to tell you about if you’ve been following this Tumblr long enough…Anyways, then, the Plateau’s Mayor installed parking meters everywhere around the bar…which is annoying because, even to grab a Saturday or Sunday afternoon brew, I had to pay for parking. Eurk. So, I’ve been going a lot less, have lost my “regular guy” status but keep fond memories of the times I had there. Plus, I did scribble something in the drawing books that are on the pianos when I celebrated my 29th birthday there a few years ago. I like to think that one day, I’ll go back and find that page and read the note I left for a future me.

Coucou.

Me revoilà.

let’s see this cup of coffee for more than what it is simply. It’s a haven of peace, simplicity, a stress-free moment which enables me to escape but reality sucks me back into its grip.
the house is quiet, the only noise is the crunching from dog eating away at her breakfast.
